Terms of Service

By accessing Enerwise Commercial (operated by SOLR AI Limited) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Enerwise Commercial is a B2B SaaS platform delivering commercial property energy assessments, lead routing, MCS-compliance tooling and partner integrations. Assessments are estimates only; final installation specification depends on a contracted MCS-certified installer.

• You must be authorised to act for your organisation.
• Keep credentials confidential. Notify us immediately of unauthorised access.
• Two-factor authentication is strongly recommended for partner and admin roles.

• No reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorised API use.
• No uploading of malicious code, illegal content, or personal data you have no right to process.
• No attempt to bypass rate limits, WAF rules, or auth gates.

Personal data is processed under our Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement. Each is incorporated into these Terms.

The service depends on third-party datasets (EPC Register, Companies House, OS DataHub, PVGIS, OpenStreetMap, BigQuery commercial property layers). Their accuracy and availability are not under our direct control.

Free for assessments. Partner accounts are billed per the order form. AI/LLM and paid-API usage may be metered and billed per the usage table in your order form.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

You may terminate at any time via /dashboard/settings/account/delete. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

England & Wales. Disputes resolved in the courts of England.
